The User eXperience (UX) Lab discovers and defines diverse problems in the information society, and consequently put forward solutions to resolve them. Not limiting our perspectives upon a specific theory, we explore the overall context of problems that people may encounter in everyday life while using technology such as the Internet of Things, wearable devices, smartphones, enterprise softwares and much more. We also envision the environment of the future and propose new user scenarios and development directions by observing the now and current users.
