Professor Lee’s research lab, Advanced Functional Biomaterials Lab, seeks to understand and control the biomaterials in order to make the medical applications to better suit for human needs. The important consideration of our lab is the basic research related to molecule, cell and organ function; the design and operation of medical applications, such as highly sensitive optical biosensor, applications including drug and gene delivery, cancer therapy, biological signal transduction, and tissue regeneration and stem cell engineering.
