As mobile and clouding computing becomes more popular, most large-scale data are acquired, processed, and stored at datacenters. Scalable Computer Architecture lab, led by Professor Jung Ho Ahn, takes a holistic approach to a datacenter, which treats it as a computer, and conducts research on the principles and practices of their communication, computation, and storage aspects of datatcenters and mobile platforms, as well as HW/SW components, performance, scalability, total cost of ownership, and reliability.
